  • 6 Weekly Group Coaching Sessions (90 minutes each): Learn to understand and manage RSD, improve emotional regulation, unmask safely, build stronger relationships, strengthen self-esteem, and create healthier habits around money and motivation.

  • 6 Weekly Body Doubling Sessions (1 hour each):    Work alongside others in a focused, supportive environment, make real progress while staying accountable and connected.

Body Doubling: Tuesdays at 11 AM EST
