ABOUT ME

As a holder of a Doctoral degree in Psychology and an ADHD and Executive Functioning coach and certified through International Coach Federation (ICF), I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
I obtained my MSc in Molecular Medicine from a highly renowned university in Germany (Eberhard Karl University of Tübingen) as well as my PhD (Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg) and have lived in multiple countries including Germany, Canada, China, the UK, and the US. This global exposure has provided me with a diverse perspective that I believe sets me apart.
My background in psychology and ICF certification equips me with the necessary tools to assist you in identifying and overcoming challenges and to develop effective strategies that capitalize on your strengths and abilities.
MY JOURNEY
My journey in the field of psychology began with a deep interest in the inner workings of the mind. This passion led me to pursue a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, which allowed me to comprehensively understand the human mind and behavior.
Throughout my years in the field of clinical psychology, I have had the honor of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds at the Department of mental health at the University Clinic Erlangen.
This experience has allowed me to understand the unique challenges faced by people with ADHD and Executive Functioning challenges. It was this realization that led me to pursue specialized training in ADHD coaching and become a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I am passionate about helping individuals with ADHD and Executive Functioning challenges to understand and make the most of their unique strengths and to overcome the obstacles that are holding them back. I believe anyone can achieve their full potential with the right support and guidance. I am honored to have the opportunity to be a part of their journey and help them to reach their goals.
