My Journey
My journey in the field of psychology began with a deep fascination for the inner workings of the mind. Motivated by this passion, I pursued a doctoral degree in psychology, which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of human cognition and behavior.
Throughout my years in the field of psychology, I had the privilege of working closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds at the Department of Mental Health at the University Clinic Erlangen. This invaluable experience allowed me to gain deep insights into the unique challenges faced by individuals with ADHD and Executive Functioning challenges. It was during this time, while conducting extensive research on ADHD and working closely with individuals with ADHD, that I personally received my ADHD diagnosis.
Receiving my ADHD diagnosis during my Ph.D. studies further ignited my dedication to understanding and supporting individuals with ADHD. I witnessed firsthand the impact of ADHD on individuals' lives, and this experience reinforced my commitment to specialized training in ADHD coaching.
As a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), I am passionate about helping individuals with ADHD and Executive Functioning challenges to unlock their full potential by understanding and embracing their unique strengths. I firmly believe that anyone can achieve their goals with the right support and guidance. need to thrive.
